Engaging Children & Young People
to better know Jesus
St. Oswald’s Youth and Children Groups
Young people are foundational to the church — not only because they are an important part of our community, but also because they are our future. St. Oswald’s recognises the value of all children and youth and welcome you to bring them to our services!
We are in the process of both resuming and putting together groups for children and youth so please check back for updates as these go live! We will also include launch dates on our ‘News’ page above so keep an eye out for dates to include in your calendar.
Our Crèche is available for little ones during all church services! The room we use is brilliantly set aside for children and parents alike, as it’s wired with speakers so you don’t miss what is happening in the service.
This space is located at the front of the church on the left hand side, through the wooden door!
Our Kids Zone meets every Sunday morning during the Worship & Communion Service and takes place with our brilliant volunteers upstairs in the church. We encourage our young people to head up for a session planned just for them.
Each week there will be a new lesson, craft, and discussion which circles around important themes in our Christian faith.
We recognise there are a lot of Youth and Young Adults in our community and are currently brainstorming ways to get them involved. We hope to establish a group fairly soon.
Please check to our News page for updates as to when a Youth team will have events scheduled!
“‘Truly I say to you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.’ And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them, and blessed them.“
